All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

We offer flat-rate shipping across India at ₹100 per order.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business working days depending on the delivery location.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof.

Video evidence can be shared on WhatsApp at 9004513060 or emailed to support@lunabyoj.com. After verification, the damaged product will be taken back by the brand and a replacement or suitable resolution will be provided.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In case a shipment is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, customers will receive a full refund within 3–4 business days after confirmation from the courier partner.
